We’re committed to creating a respectful, reliable coaching relationship—and that begins with clear expectations for how we manage our time together. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for both of us:
Booking Sessions
All coaching sessions must be booked in advance using our online booking system or as discussed with your coach.
Your first Foundation Session should be scheduled as the initial meeting of your program, ideally within one week of purchase.
Ongoing Momentum Sessions can be scheduled at your preferred pace, depending on your program and availability.
Momentum matters. The power of coaching lies in consistency and follow-through. Even when you feel short on time or unsure what you need, showing up for a check-in helps maintain forward movement and ensures you continue to get value from the process. Skipped sessions can break the rhythm—and with it, the clarity and progress you’re building.
Free Introduction Calls
We’re proud to offer free intro coaching calls for those seriously considering working with us. These sessions are a chance to connect, explore what’s possible, and see if coaching is the right fit for you. This initial chat is obligation free and no strings attached.
However, as a small, purpose-driven business, our time is thoughtfully invested in every conversation we offer. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with as much notice as possible—this allows us to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting for support. We deeply appreciate your respect and consideration.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduled or canceled session.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered used, except in the case of emergencies.
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Sessions will end at the scheduled time to respect other clients’ bookings.
No-Shows
If you miss a session without notice, it will be considered a no-show and counted as used.
Program Expiry
Coaching packages are designed to support momentum. All sessions must be used within the agreed program timeframe (usually 3 or 6 months, depending on the offering), unless otherwise arranged.

Coaching is a collaborative process. We’re here to support your growth, and we ask that you show up fully—ready to engage, reflect, and take action.
